Real Madrid and Bayern Munich played to a 2-1 draw in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final on Tuesday, but it was Bayern who advanced to the final on away goals.

Cristiano Ronaldo gave Real Madrid the lead in the sixth minute with a penalty, but Bayern equalized through Arjen Robben's penalty in the 27th minute. Real Madrid pushed for a winner, but it was Bayern who had the better chances in the second half.

The match went to extra time, and Bayern took the lead in the 108th minute through Mario Gomez. Real Madrid had a chance to equalize in the dying minutes, but Karim Benzema's shot was saved by Manuel Neuer.

Bayern will now face Chelsea in the final on May 19.
