Dortmund Storm Into the Last Four with 4-2 Win Against Atletico

Borussia Dortmund have stormed into the Champions League semi-finals with a rip-roaring 4-2 victory against Atletico Madrid at the Signal Iduna Park on Tuesday night. The German side progressed 5-4 on aggregate, having lost the first leg 3-2 in Spain.
Marcel Sabitzer was the hero for Dortmund, scoring the winning goal in the 89th minute. The Austrian midfielder had also scored the opening goal of the game in the 22nd minute. Jude Bellingham (47') and Karim Adeyemi (79') were also on target for the hosts.
Atletico Madrid had fought back from 2-0 down to level the scores in the second half, with goals from Alvaro Morata (59') and Antoine Griezmann (74'). However, they were unable to find an equalizer in the closing stages and Dortmund held on to secure their place in the semi-finals.
It is the first time that Dortmund have reached the semi-finals of the Champions League since 2013, when they lost to Bayern Munich in the final. They will now face either Manchester City or Real Madrid in the last four.
